What Would You Like to Know?
Do you offer a guarantee?
Work is guaranteed for 7 days. If something happens within 7 days of a repair and/or replacement that is related to said service then Steve will come back without charging a service call.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes we do! Our virtual consultations also include step by step instructions to fix the issue (if applicable). Please see the Book Online section to schedule a Virtual Consultation.
Do you charge by the hour?
I will most often charge by the hour. I will charge by the job when it is a large job that is estimated to take over 5 hours.
How often does my plumbing system need maintenance?
To ensure that your plumbing system is running efficiently, it requires routine maintenance twice a year. Please see Plans & Pricing for Maintenance Plans.
Do plumbers work with drains?
Not all plumbers work with drains but Steve's Plumbing Service LLC does. We deal with drains (water and waste out) and plumbing (water flowing in) so you get full service work with us.
Do you work on showers and bathtubs?
Steve can fix leaks and draining issues. He will inspect the shower system to check for leaking in the wall, floor, or ceiling below. He will also check the water handles and shower head to be sure everything is working properly.
Do you bill out or offer financing?
Steve's Plumbing Service LLC is a small locally owned business. This does not allow us much room for billing or financing. Payment is due at the time of service.
